On this tour, we’ll delve into the heart of Chitwan National Park, with an altitude ranging from 110m to 850m above the sea level. It is home to a wide array of animals, including 68 species of mammals, 56 species of herpetofauna, 126 species of fishes and over 540 species of birds. The major attractions include endangered one-horned rhinoceros, Bengal tigers, elephants, among others.

Day 01: Departure from Kathmandu or Pokhara to Chitwan
Drive Duration: Approx. 5-6 hours (from Kathmandu) / 3-4 hours (from Pokhara)

Description: We begin the journey with a scenic drive from Kathmandu or Pokhara to Chitwan, arriving at the Tourist Bus Station. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a warm welcome drink and an introduction to your accommodation. After freshening up, enjoy a briefing session about the activities ahead. We then have lunch and proceed to a cultural tour, visiting the nearby Tharu village to experience local life. Later, enjoy a beautiful riverside sunset, followed by a traditional Tharu cultural program (stick dance) or enjoy this program the next evening. Dinner is served at the lodge.
Day 02: Chitwan National Park Exploration
Highlights: Bird watching, canoe ride, jungle walk, elephant breeding center, safari adventures
Description: After an early wake-up call, start the day with a hearty breakfast before embarking on a day filled with exciting activities. Begin with a bird-watching excursion, followed by a serene canoe ride on the Rapti River. Next, take a jungle walk for a chance to spot wildlife and explore the dense forest environment. You’ll also visit the Elephant Breeding Center, where you can learn about the conservation of elephants. After lunch, enjoy either a thrilling Jeep Safari or an Elephant Back Safari, immersing yourself in the wilderness. Dinner is served in the evening.
Day 03: Departure from Chitwan
Highlights: Scenic farewell, transfer to the departure point
Description: On the final day, enjoy a wake-up call with a hot tea or coffee to start your morning. After breakfast, you’ll have some free time before your departure. The journey ends with a transfer back to the Tourist Bus Station, where you’ll continue your onward travel from Chitwan, carrying memories of a truly unforgettable adventure.
