Along the way, trekkers experience the cultural heritage of the Gurung and Manangi communities, with visits to ancient monasteries and Buddhist prayer flags lining the trails. Day 1: Kathmandu to Dharapani

We begin the journey with a drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar, followed by a jeep ride to Dharapani. The route offers picturesque views of terraced fields and hillside villages. Overnight stay at a tea house in Dharapani.
Day 2: Trek from Dharapani to Chame
• Altitude: 2,610m
• Trek Duration: 5-6 hours
• Highlights: Dense forests, river crossings, and stunning mountain views.
The trek begins as we ascend through pine forests, crossing suspension bridges and traditional villages. Chame, the district headquarters of Manang, offers breathtaking Himalayan scenery. Overnight stay in Chame.
Day 3: Trek from Chame to Upper Pisang
• Altitude: 3,300m
• Trek Duration: 5-6 hours
• Highlights: Stunning views of Annapurna II and Pisang Peak.
Today, we follow the Marsyangdi River, passing apple orchards and rocky cliffs before reaching Upper Pisang. The Tibetan-influenced village offers a unique cultural experience. Overnight stay at a tea house.
Day 4: Trek from Upper Pisang to Braga
• Altitude: 3,400m
• Trek Duration: 4-5 hours
• Highlights: Traditional villages, monasteries, and panoramic mountain views.
On day 4, this trail leads through charming settlements, including Ghyaru and Ngawal, before arriving at Braga, known for its ancient monastery. Overnight stay in Braga.
Day 5: Ice Lake Hike & Trek to Manang
• Altitude: 3,519 m
• Trek Duration: 3-4 hours to Ice Lake, 1-hour trek to Manang
• Highlights: Stunning views from Ice Lake, cultural exploration in Manang.
On this morning, we hike to Ice Lake at 4,600m before descending to Braga. We then continue the trek to Manang, where you’ll experience the unique culture and lifestyle of the region. Overnight in Manang.
Day 6: Acclimatization Day in Manang
- Altitude: 3,529 m
- Highlights: Side trips to Gangapurna Glacier and local monasteries.
On this day it is dedicated to acclimatization, allowing us to explore the surrounding landscapes and monasteries. We rest and prepare for the higher altitudes ahead.
Day 7: Trek from Manang to Tilicho Base Camp
• Altitude: 4,150m
• Trek Duration: 5-6 hours
• Highlights: Rugged landscapes and proximity to Tilicho Lake.
Today it takes us on a journey through rocky terrain, crossing landslide-prone areas to reach Tilicho Base Camp, the gateway to one of the highest-altitude lakes in the world. Overnight stay at a tea house.
Day 8: Tilicho Lake Hike & Trek to Sri Kharka
• Altitude: 4,990m (Tilicho Lake), 4,050m (Sri Kharka)
• Trek Duration: 6-7 hours
• Highlights: Spectacular Tilicho Lake, breathtaking high-altitude views.
Today, we start early for a rewarding trek to Tilicho Lake, surrounded by majestic peaks. After taking in the stunning scenery, we move to Sri Kharka for an overnight stay.
Day 9: Trek from Sri Kharka to Yak Kharka
• Altitude: 4,020m
• Trek Duration: 4-5 hours
• Highlights: Alpine meadows, grazing yaks, and mountain vistas.
As we follow a peaceful trail through barren landscapes and pastures, we reach Yak Kharka. Overnight stay at a tea house.
Day 10: Yak Kharka to High Camp
• Altitude: 4,920m
• Trek Duration: 5-6 hours
• Highlights: Steep ascents, high-altitude trekking experience.
On day 10, we go to a challenging climb takes you to High Camp, the last stop before crossing Thorong La Pass. We then prepare for the most demanding part of the trek.
Day 11: Thorong La Pass & Trek to Muktinath
• Altitude: 5,416m (Thorong La Pass), 3,800m (Muktinath)
• Trek Duration: 7-8 hours
• Highlights: Panoramic views from the highest point of the trek.
An early morning ascent to Thorong La Pass offers breathtaking Himalayan views. We descend to Muktinath, a revered pilgrimage site. Overnight stay in Muktinath.
Day 12: Drive from Muktinath to Tatopani
• Altitude: 1,190m
• Drive Duration: 5 hours
• Highlights: Relaxing in natural hot springs.
On day 12, we travel by bus to Tatopani, where we can enjoy a soothing dip in the natural hot springs. Overnight stay at a tea house.
Day 13: Drive from Tatopani to Pokhara
• Altitude: 950m
• Drive Duration: 5-6 hours
• Highlights: Scenic drive through lush hills and rivers, grand farewell dinner
Finally, we conclude the trek with a drive to Pokhara, where we can relax and explore the lakeside city. Overnight stay at a hotel.
